Terms of goods exchange
- The exchange of goods of improper quality is made with similar goods of proper quality.

Actions to be taken by the customer to return the goods:

If the return of goods is carried out by the Buyer’s representative and the application for return contains the customer’s contact information, the representative must present the appropriate notarial power of attorney. Timeframes for returning and exchanging items
- If the consumer discovers defects in the goods and demands a replacement, the seller must replace the goods within seven days of the consumer’s demand, and if additional quality control of such goods is required by the seller, within twenty days of the date of the demand.
- If the seller does not have the goods required for replacement at the time of the claim, the replacement must be carried out within one month from the date of the claim.
Time limits for money refund
Money refund for the goods of inferior quality is made within 10 days from the date of the customer’s demand.
Methods of refund

– At other payment methods charge funds by non-cash transfer to the personal bank account of the customer. To do this, you must provide full details of your bank account.
– The seller reimburses the cost of shipping goods of improper quality, subject to the submission of receipts confirming the cost of shipping.
