2. Making the fat load useful.

The good news is that the fats we eat can be good for us! These are traditional in Russian cuisine, but well forgotten vegetable oils that contain the fatty acid Omega-3. It’s responsible for the elasticity of all cell membranes in our body, for their good permeability to nutrients. And hence for the good nutrition of all our cells, for their health! Visually it is manifested in a smooth clean skin, shiny hair, strong nails. And no extra fat is not deposited in the cherished places! The maximum amount of Omega-3 is contained in flaxseed oil. But in our usual sunflower Omega-3 is not at all!

Even better to use linseed oil with extracts of herbs – St. John’s wort, meadowsweet, licorice. In this combination they have the property to change the excess appetite for normal. You can use the ready-made elixir “appetite tamer” on the basis of these herbs and linseed oil, they are very tasty dressing vegetable salads! Of course, this does not mean that healthy oils can be abused!

3 Food should nourish the body!

Often slimming people can not withstand dietary restrictions and begin to binge. And just need to be nutritious and healthy at the same time. So there is no feeling of hunger immediately after breakfast, as it happens on low-calorie diets. For this purpose, we suggest eating delicious and healthful flax porridge. Especially good for our purpose porridge “Slim”. It is useful to women’s bodies. Reduces excess weight, normalizes hormonal balance. It improves complexion and helps to preserve youth. And the composition is very simple – a combination of barley, buckwheat, linseed flour and salad plants. The main condition is to eat porridge regularly! For a change, you can eat it in different forms – in the form of pâté, casseroles, flatbread… Very tasty! And it helps you not to fall prey to unhealthy but so tempting floury treats. Just don’t overeat it!
